I'm not a great chef or photographer, but I've been thinking about that person who posted their DELICIOUS onion grilled cheese in the grilled cheese reddit and got flamed for it by grilled cheese purists.

I definitely could have put on more but I'm impatient and my sugar was too low to wait any longer. Lol.

    Now yall got me thinking. 

     Why not just make caramelized onions. A cheese sauce then mix.  Use bread/chip/spoon to scoop and eat.

      …I must experiment this weekend. My wife makes a crazy good Mac n cheese but makes a cheese sauce. Do that and add the onions…
